How do I downgrade or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your Hi.Fan subscription at any time through the Billing section.
Steps to Downgrade or Cancel Your Subscription:
1️⃣ Log into Your Hi.Fan Account.
2️⃣ Go to the “Billing” Section or visit this link.
3️⃣ Find Your Active Subscription.
4️⃣ Choose “Cancel Subscription” or Select a Lower Plan to downgrade.
5️⃣ Confirm Your Cancellation.
Important Notes:
⚠️ Canceling your subscription means you will lose access to premium features at the end of your billing cycle.
⚠️ No refunds are provided as all purchases are final.
